Biophilia originates from the Greek language: ‘bio’ meaning ‘life’, and 'philia' meaning ‘love’ characterized by friendship or equality. The literal meaning of ‘biophilia’ is ‘love of life’. The concept of biophilia has been applied in architecture through biophilic design, which aims to emphasizes well-being by fostering a connection between humans and nature.

A fusion of elements inspired by natural textures is captured in wood-based materials, carefully crafted with sustainability in mind through the new Panel Plus melamine collection, featuring 23 unique designs. These styles come with various patterns, including woodgrain, solid colors, textile textures, and Perfect Wood melamine series, which introduces a new design, along with three themes: 'Well-being,' enhancing living spaces with a focus on quality of life; 'Sentimental,' connecting with nature through all senses; and 'Longevity,' embracing sustainability for enduring harmony with nature.
